Description
Gorgonzola Dolce cheese DOP from Arrigoni Battista Spa has a compact and pinkish rind and blue veins. Flavors are not very assertive but sweet and mild with notes of lactic tang. Gorgonzola needs at least 50 days to mature and reveal all its characteristics. The cheese pairs well with a Tuscan wines or Champagne.
